Once you've made all of the fun decisions, we'll do the rest! You'll be able to follow each step of the construction process:

Stage 1: Excavation - breaking ground for your new home

  • We're preparing the soil for your foundation and grading the lot
  • Laying the underground plumbing systems
  • Pouring the concrete foundation

Stage 2: Framing - building the structure of your new home

  • Walls, roofing, windows, exterior doors and insulation are set in place
  • We're installing plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems

Stage 3: Drywall - starting the finishing touches

  • Your home takes shape as drywall is hung and finished
  • We're installing cabinets and finishing trim
  • Interior doors, paint, countertops, and flooring are put in place

Stage 4: Complete - your home is ready for you to move in

  • Work is near complete and inspected
